Understanding Our Pricing

Why the Starter Package is our most popular option:
Consistency is the key to real improvement. Players who commit to regular weekly training see significantly better results than those who take sporadic lessons. When you train consistently, skills become habits, and habits become automatic during games. The Starter Package provides six weeks of momentum-building instruction at our best value—saving you $40 compared to booking individual 45-minute sessions.

How to choose the right option:

  • Half-Hour Lessons work great for younger players (ages 7-10) who benefit from focused, efficient sessions, or for maintenance work on specific skills between longer training periods.
  • 45-Minute Lessons are ideal for players ages 11 and up, providing enough time for warm-up, detailed skill work, game-situation drills, and comprehensive feedback.
  • Starter Package is perfect for players serious about improvement who want to see real transformation in their game over 6-8 weeks of consistent training.

Most players start noticing improvement within 3-4 lessons, but lasting development happens when you commit to regular training over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age should my child start private lessons?

We work with players from age 7 through high school and beyond. The ideal age depends more on your child’s interest and focus than a specific number. Generally, ages 9-12 is the sweet spot—players are old enough to understand detailed coaching but young enough to build proper fundamentals before bad habits form.

We recommend weekly lessons for optimal results. This provides enough time to practice what you learned while maintaining momentum. Some competitive players train twice weekly, while others do every other week during their season.

Just the basics: glove, bat (for hitting lessons), cleats, and water. We provide everything else needed for effective training.

Absolutely! We encourage parents to observe so you understand what we’re working on and can help reinforce those concepts during practice at home.

Yes. The off-season (late fall through early spring) is actually an excellent time for private instruction. Without weekly game pressure, players can focus on making significant improvements to mechanics and fundamentals.

Most of our players are first-timers. We’re experienced at making new students comfortable and building confidence from day one. The first session includes an assessment, goal-setting, and focused instruction on 1-2 key areas.

Most players notice changes in their confidence and performance within 3-4 sessions. However, lasting transformation requires consistent training over several weeks or months as new skills become ingrained habits.
